SREC Member David Bellow successfully changes state Republican bylaws to include an Official Chaplain
The SREC has had a chaplain in the past but not officially, so to recognize the spiritual foundation of America and the incredible reliance upon God as our moral guidance, David Bellow submitted an amendment to make the chaplain an official position.
